I’m getting a case of the rambling
fever. Sunny and warm spring days seems to always bring it on. It
all started back in high school. I would be sitting in the afternoon
study hall which really was the cafeteria. It had huge glass windows
facing the south and the open highway. Sure you could smell
industrial soap used to wash the lunch dishes and the school staff
rattling the plates putting them away. But if you concentrate hard
enough you would find yourself rolling down a lone ribbon of black
looking for the next sunset. You could feel the warm sun glowing in
your mind and feel the balmy winds flowing through the car windows.
It might have been entirely a mind journey but what a release from
high school bullies and teachers who abused their power. Are you
ready for a road trip? Visit my Facebook

A road trip would be nice. I think the fever gets in all of us every once awhile.
